Potato Chips

Ingredients

Potatoes - As reqd
Salt - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Oil for frying

Method

1) Cut the potatoes into thin long pieces.
2) Add salt and soak in water for 10 minutes.
3) Dry it on a large sheet of paper.
4) Once it is dried, deep fry in oil until it turns crisp.
5) Add red chilly powder and mix well.

Note:- Store in an air tight container.

The same procedure can be used with potatoes sliced using a chips slicer.
